Rusko releases new single on Skrillex’s OWSLA label

British bruiser Rusko has signed on with Skrillex’s OWSLA label and will celebrate by releasing a new EP.

“Take Off” will be his debut on the label and a return from the relatively quiet producer of late, who will play this years Tomorroworld.

The track uses some Jay-Z sampling and is a “full throttle drum and bass tune”

“I grew up listening to drum-and-bass and jungle music,” Rusko says. “I felt it was time to reflect this by making some of my very own. This really is the definition of music from the heart.”

The new tune is a word apart from his “ambient, minimal techno” he was reportably making around this time last year.
