sup fellow dub-enthusiasts, is it cool if i were to upload some music to the sight that isnt mine, i.e. koan sound, caspa, excision, bassnectar, etc. i know of a few sites that frown upon doing that, so i was just wondering if it was ok to do here.

No, you cant do that here.
Only exception would be if the tunes were free giveaways by the artist/lable.
Feel free to upload your own tunes, or tunes signed to your label.
